I understand your reasons and viewpoint but having a simple 'yes' or 'no' POST helps alleviate annons (or Stewarts minions *cough*) from trying to sway numbers of a poll

I must say, although I'm against the TLD I firmly believe EVERYONE (even those that might support it) have the right to have their voices heard.

We had more then eight votes when I sent it... The reason I did not wait any longer is because we do not know when they will stop taking them emails..

the only thing that ICM offers with .xxx is another way of filtering - filtering which is already available. they also say they offer parent education, which can certainly be accomplished without a new TLD.

.xxx has no actual function, and there is no way it will actually help protect children. educating parents is the way to go - that, filtering and a .kids would do the job where .xxx has no actual function.

I can't believe how unbelievably selfish or thoughtless it is to intentionally place a vote that doesn't honestly represent your feelings when so many people are working so hard to convey to ICANN what the community as a whole thinks.
