For downtime like that I agree with Smokey, we should've been informed beforehand if it was a server upgrade

LOL, I know what you mean but I found that while I was doing a little googley research on epass and that site doesn't seem to be the only one documenting problems with them.

Overall the info I've seen on epass these last few days is enough to make me very retisent about trusting them with my money. :disgust
