I make sales with Hustler. Strong sales. Which was reflected in the amount of reward points I had racked up.

For a few months now, they have been advertising that they have a rewards program on the front end of their site. However, when you login, there is no rewards store to be found anymore, and my emails about this went unanswered.

Hustler has been good to me. Kimo stepped in and said they sucked, and I replied to him, that I never said they sucked, I just wanted to know what happened to the rewards. No bitching, and no pissing and moaning. Simple question.

All in all, you have shown that you care NOTHING about affiliates, ESPECIALLY the smaller ones.

Your responses and comments in this thread have been extremely unprofessional and unwarranted.

This thread isn't even about the rewards program anymore. What it has turned into, should be an example to anyone who ponders on doing business with you.

Vivid may even be a decent program, but you are not doing them any favors. If your boss doesn't hold or share the same values and opinions you do, I sure hope he or she reads this thread. Disgusting.

This thread is ridiculous. I never said you said that. However, I am saying, from your responses, it seemed more important to you, to downplay the topic and share the "inside" joke with baddog, and then after I had to ask again, finally respond and remind me or everyone else, that gfy was not hustler's support forum. A typical comment, given to newbie webmasters who post questions on gfy, expecting to get immediate answers, that should be handled directly, between affiliate and sponsor.

The topic of this thread posed a simple question. What happened to Hustler rewards?
I didn't post it expecting Hustler to answer it. It was an open thread for anyone to shed some light. I sent 2 emails to Hustler asking about what happened to it, and if it was coming back. They went unanswered, so I went through other channels to find out the information I wanted to know.

You have many affiliates, and since the rewards program was being advertised on the front end of the affiliate program, and not even available in the back end, it was only obvious for me to think that some other affiliate had possibly asked Hustler about it, and possibly have info about what was going on.

I have read this entire thread.

In my experiences at Silvercash and we had removed our rewards program so we can aim those resources and costs to provide different priority webmaster benefits (stated by our webmasters in a questionaire) and ultimately lead to increased payout options (Ex: Our current promo of $50 PPS on our HD Sites)

In the transition, we had webmasters who did not recieve notice and we posted this change on different communication platforms to ensure we avoided problems like this. I can only assume that a company like hustler did their due dilligence in communicating this and this entire thread is a miscommunication.

More importantly, the competition for webmasters is hyper competitive, thus NOT communicating this change would certainly have an adverse effect and not be in their best interest of Hustler.

The main point is that, every credible program makes themselves accessible and I am confident one phone call would of resolved this issue rather the poor public relations on a flaming thread. I have offered 3 different phone numbers, emails and ICQ....and the webmasters who use GFY as their support channel for the means of communications will likely get poor service because of the unprofessional mannerisms this board breeds. Empathy is an artform.

IMO, you don't bite the hand that feeds you.

Then if the affiliate emails sponsor, more then once, and the emails go unanswered, thats ok too eh?

I do however, agree that the affiliate program model, in the long term, is a money train that you better jump on while you got the chance. The amount of free content being handed out to people who don't even have proven traffic resources, is completely irresponsible. Who's fault is that?

At some point in time, in this thread, I got my answer. I was fine with that. I didn't like the hoops I had to jump through to get it, and I made that fact known. That right there touched some nerves didn't it?

This only reason this thread continues, is because some people, who obviously don't give a shit about their affiliates, chose to attack me, and continue to bump it. If they want to continue the attacks, Ill continue to respond to them. Not a problem.

As I said before, I've always enjoyed my Hustler checks. Hustler has been a great sponsor, I just wanted to know if anyone else knew what was going on since I didn't a response.

Sorry that your emails went unanswered. We'll try better. We got WAY too many emails about that subject, so my guess is that's why. And it was not a high priority for us, as I prefer to improve other things that yield more money to everyone. But like I said I bumped up the relaunch of the store and it will be announced in our newsletter as soon as it's ready.

I think you were shocked at my reply because often times what you see on this board are reps going around and kissing everyone's ass for traffic (p1mpdogg excluded). Icq is reliable if you add the person. You can save message history. Its mostly when the person on the other end doesnt want to respond to you. Then they make up an excuse.
