Na... it never happened - there were no convictions and not one single person was ever tortured. There was never any raping and killing of kids either. It's just another "liberal" photochop.

Since over 125,000 cuban exiles reached U.S. by boat despite Coast Guard attempts to stem the movement they are also often referred to as "wetbacks or wetbags" by many southerners I'd known. It doesn't matter if they are spanish, french or english desent since they reached U.S. primarily illegally (legalized later) by boat they are considered wetbacks by them.
