Any further news on this Shap?

What country is he a citizen of? I'd try to contact as many news agency's in that country of which he was a citizen of and try to get a ball rolling on a international story.

Sucks though, because it's a single male and he likely would be hard to get much interest. Good luck in finding your friend but doesn't sound too good to me sorry to say.

Anyway I'd try to contact as many news agency's as you can as I posted about and really play the "cover up" card as much as you can. Reporters seem to dig that kinda stuff.
