Like I said before, I'm no longer concerned about the consequences...I'm going to get the same judge and magistrate as before and they're not the ones who fucked me, it was the family court services that tried to fuck me...I heard the judge say out of his own mouth to the ex-wife that the fact that I do porn has no shock value on him and as long as what I'm doing is legal, he has no problem with it..The thing was that my funds were tapped out at the time and I went ahead with an agreement with the ex-wife that gave me joint custody..

Maybe the fact that I lifted and dropped her hand and her not waking up is proof, REGARDLESS of whether she was drunk or not..Maybe the fact that the phone was ringing and she didn't wake up after I had previously stated that I called her house and she didn't pick up the phone...Maybe the fact that she's been in detox a couple of times would prove it..Maybe the fact that the kindercare people will testify that she has shown up smelling of alcohol and stumbling around and then claiming that she had the flu..Maybe the testimony from her sister who is a juvenile clinical psychologist will prove it..Maybe the testimony from her own child who is now old enough to speak for herself will prove it...Maybe the testimony from my oldest kids former school about how the woman came to pick up my child from school at 11:30 AT NIGHT!! will prove it..
