The feeds were picked up by PK only when I talked to Carol and the real ownership of Porn Kings, not the affiliate rep that was supposed to look like the owner. Reminds me of all the scammers I have dealt with in the past. You pay for something they don't deliver and make up excuses. After weeks of being nice and giving them more time you say something like " like if you don't send me the fucking traffic i am going to report your ass". And then you get the standard reply, " well i was just about to send you the traffic your purchased but since you got an attitude with me and threatened me I am not sending you traffic and I am keeping your money".

basically you give them an excuse to not pay you, which in most cases they probably had no intentions to pay in the first place.
