Yeah good deal on re-thinking the idea. Converting your site into something that it has never been is twice as hard as just letting a site you've already created retire. Ride the rebills and let your affiliates push it as a classic site. If you want to start a new site then open another site or just add to this one. It takes years to build up all of that traffic and it'd be a real shame to lose all that hard work by trying to re-juggle it.

Congrats on a great run in this business. Eight years is a long time to be in the business, there is an old saying about a year in this business for a model equals one year in a dog's life.

IMO Keeping the site running would be easier than closing it down. If Deb is burned out being in front of the camera get another wannabee porn star to fill her shoes, buy in exclusive from content producers, buy in non exclusive for content providers (we have a few scenes suitable :winkwink: )

Leave it up as an archive site or rotate the content, both excellent alternatives to closing it down. I'm assuming you are leaving up the members area or refunding all the members money if it comes down.
