Hard to find? Yeah, you have to click on the links in the text. It didn't say anything about the content jumping right at you in the rules. I'll have to look into the frames things though, I haven't seen any problem in my browser.
Of course I cannot complain as you are doing it all for free and because you're nice, but I suggest you add one more rule to avoid confusion: that you reject any site that you simply don't like :winkwink:

Well, if you don't put it in writing then it's not that obvious. Stating a number of rules is almost like a promise: follow those rules and you'll be fine. Adding this one would be a clear indication that following the rules does not guarantee anything.
I'm not saying that one MUST have such a rule, but it helps keeping whiny people like me from bitching about the rules :)
