He's tracking based on what his own stats say he's sent to you. That would imply the stats in the program aren't counting everything he's sending.

FYI, qualified is a click count when anyone clicks on anything on a tour. We've had problems with webmasters redirecting 404s, and jacking the ratios.

This is pretty normal, although we've seen some recently change the reporting to include raws. We can do the same, if that's what wms want.
