I'm ready for my sites to come back now!!! Love seeing my broken image on the hun - real special! |
This is starting to border on retarded. I'd expect this from AT&T since I pay them almost nothing for my DSL, but not Webair.

It took over 3 hours, but my sites are back up now.

As everything is coming up, I am gathering more info as to what happened today and will be sure to correct it. What we have gathered thus far is one of our major backbone providers sent us routes they shouldn't have. I will have an official statement for you shortly, and what is being put into place to prevent it from occurring again. I appreciate your patience. Again, my sincere apologies for today's inconvenience.

Dreamhost's system rocks, and they improved their support tremendously in the last year. |
everything back working here, - Support were VERY helpful and got all the scripts and stuff back up and running.
As I said to their support guy, yes there were issues but they sorted them out and did so as fast as possible. :) Could have been a lot worse, if this had been a UK company they would not even have been working today!!!!! |
