Though this is the last kind of PR a hosting company wants.

Are you for real??? Like the entire company is huddled around the bad router equally participating in its recovery. :1orglaugh

They have router guys and support guys. Just wanted somebody to keep us updated, don't think that's asking too much big guy.

I know I sound like a smartass now, but... Don't we all??? :1orglaugh

rockbear 05-28-2007 11:56 AM

I'm going to think that the guy who can fix that is not in the office and need to go in the office right now. So that's probably why it's so long. Webair will never say this but that could explain why it's so long. It's really easy to fix it but if the technician is not there (memorial day) it can take longer My 2 cents

Thousands of us are.

Some of us may lose clients right now or even our jobs...

GoNe 05-28-2007 11:57 AM

If that's the case, I want the picture of his face when he got the call! :1orglaugh

Probably out on a boat or something 200 miles away! Poor sap...

Again, do you think GFY is the only board?
And to answer your question directly: Yes, I would have everyone working on the problem - hell if they can use MS Word they can bring up a router.
:winkwink:

Love seeing my broken image on the hun - real special!

This is starting to border on retarded. I'd expect this from AT&T since I pay them almost nothing for my DSL, but not Webair.
