You know, I like Evil Chris, and I have no real problems with the companies he works for, at least none I can think of at the moment.

But as another "aside" I'd have to say wouldn't it be great if more companies made it their mandate to have 100% support service satisfaction for both affiliates and paying customers? As a paying customer I might be spending oh, what, $39.95 a month? (I'm guessing) And my membership miight last 3 or 6 months on average? But as an affiliate I might be sending the company as little as 1 signup a month or 100 signups a month, depending. Now, which brings in more revenue? Which person merits a response of higher priority when asking a question?

I'd say there are few things in this or any business that are more frustrating than having your support tickets, emails, ICQ's and phone calls going unanswered. :2 cents:

Personally, I've done business with Paolo for some 7 or 8 years. He was one of the first sponsors I ever used, and when I was sending 5-10 sales a month, he still went out of his way to spend hours with me on ICQ helping me learn how to sell better and making sure I had everything I needed.

Years later, when I was sending 1000's of signups a month to CFF, I still got the same excellent service from the guy. I've personally never had any problem contacting him.

now was that so hard to say???? was it worth the multiple threads and closing an affiliate account just because asking that question? Jesus christ remind me not to ever promote teenrevenue.

Franck has made plenty of posts bad mouthing teen Revenue and they've told us straight out they don't want him as an affiliate. That being true, why do you insist that it's over "just asking that question"?

All add that quite frankly (no pun intended) (okay it's a little intended) I'm a little surprised that so many are apparently bitching in all these quotes about Evil Chris's support. I admit I've had limited dealings with their programs but I have ICQ's and emailed with him in the past and never noticed any problem getting ahold of him or anyone.

Would be nice to hear, I mean read his side of this.

OK, I may not always be the most logical thinker around, but after reading this thread I am a bit confused.

Triplexcash, teenrev, and what ever other programs they are running are rather large programs. I won't argue that.

Paolo said that he knows Chris can be slow sometimes, but that is because he does support on 4 programs. Now if you have 4 programs, and you know your support guy is slow, wouldn't it make sense to have more then one person to do support for four programs?

I've been promoting ***/teenrev since 2004 and have never had a problem with payment or with getting in contact with Evil Chris on ICQ or email.

And believe me, when it comes to affiliates I'm no whale, I'm just a small fish in a great big sea. Strange though, someone seems to be harvesting all the fish and throwing back their assholes. Lots of assholes floating around... ;)

Just because of this post where you show us how happy you are with it i will i bump it some days more. I bet its just GREAT publicity!

I had an obvious concern, a lot of trials and no rebills.. and I had a hard time getting a response from chris your affiliate support guy. I will say you were helpful once I got in contact with you. the only thing you accomplished by banning me is stealing any future money I would of made from my first run at promoting you guys. I surely would of not sent anymore traffic to a program with such bad rebilling % and you know it. glad you are happy you banned someone who would of never sent a single hit to you again anyways. do you regret stealing what I earned fair and square? probably not.. shows your true colors.
