It would be great to not have to take any drus at all. I have panic attacks and off medication it is not a pretty sight. So I am only on Xanax now. Before they had me on Paxil, Zoloft, Prozac, etc. Xanax is better then the other options. They have horrible side effects.

Sorry to burst your bubble but these drugs are used world wide. It is not just Americans that take them. I belong to online groups for people with panic attacks and anxiety, and the members are from all over the world. So get your info straight before making such a stupid comment.

jane im sure they do it something like percentage per 1k of people on medication. so population isn't a factor. and without a doubt we are probably at the top of the list.

im sticking to temazepam ocassionally (restoril in the US i think)

took one 30 mins ago, life is 15% better again

but don't use it for sleeping disorders (don't have them), just to get more relaxed, less anxious etc
