TMC should (Or maybe is) play it smart from here and not post anymore. There is more than enough evidence already to completely sink DH in a lawsuit. TMC, spend a little time with yours attorney on Monday and make sure you have all the threads, on all the boards, copied. Unless this thread is completely deleted, it's going to affect your program forever, as any simple search for your program is going to bring it up every time and people are not going to be reading past page 2. As to the "BRO's" staying away from this thread... it would not surprise me that a couple of them contacted DH already and told him to keep shut the fuck up before he did anymore damage to himself. This isn't a game anymore and if taken further there will be a lot more lost than the original 16k.

Everyone throws around the sue word, Im on my condo board so we hear that now and then. It sounds nice but at the end of the day once people find out what it costs to sue someone that changes quickly. Now big companies do it because they have a dept of lawyers getting paid salary, most here dont have that.

Every time I've sued someone I've won. It's crazy NOT to sue if you're right. Through the years I've had corporate, real estate, family and labor lawyers. Every time we've put the cost of the lawyer in the lawsuit so paying for one hasn't been a problem :)
