My guess is that this content was probably ripped from TeenStarsMagazine and was being linked to the PPC search engine. Whoever ripped the site used the stolen CC, made his quick cash with the PPC search engine and when it became apparent the CC was stolen he switched it out to the actual paysite he ripped it from. This is likely why the affiliate program owner had no spike in traffic or sales, the traffic in reality went to the PPC search engine.

I think you should be contacting whoever owns topadult10.com and pass on that affiliate ID and trace who owns that account, that's likely the culprit. It seems that TeenStarsMagazine isn't actually the one who did this.

We rarely have fraud of this significance and we really should have done more due diligence before making accusations about your program being involved. At the time with the information we had on hand, everything pointed to the program owner.
