Honestly I dont remember. I know hundreds of people in the biz and how I met each one of them (online for that matter) was not something I made an effort to remember. But I do remember you. We did talk a lot. And we did have a lot in common, from our sites to traffic trades to other things.
Ill take a stab at it though.

Now you say two girls introduced us?
Were they TGP owners? Or were they models?
I know we may have met through a model becasue we both had our pages in their links area.
Was it Molly or Amanda or one of those models with a site? Probably not.
I know we knew Angelie also in common.
I do know we both had mutual friends like slick, mintie rudebitch and others in common as well.
Throw me a bone or a hint and Ill get it.
And tell me if all I just said isnt true.

The two chicks ran a link list site. It had one of those old single thread message boards as well, and one of the biggest link list guys ever posted there often. One of the girls was the "tech" side of their partnership, and the other was the promo person. In fact on further thought it may very well be that YOU were the one who pointed me to them, but I seem to have it in my head that the reverse is true.
I've come up with two other questions that only the real Pete would know though (this is fun actually)...
1. PeteTheFly once posted here warning people about something to do with armpits, and the long-term pitfalls if you will of the usage of a certain type of product. Said it was cancer-causing. What was that product?
2. That was the easy question. The harder one (not for the real Pete though) is: The real Pete contacted me maybe a 3 or 4 months before he finally disappeared from view, and wanted to know if I would promote a project of his. I added links to that project of his on a few of my TGP's.... What was that project?
Between all that you should be able to bring my faith in you up to 100%, if you're who you say you are. After what you've already said I now think it's you but see what you can do with those. |
