ya know, after rereading this thread, i got thinking, you say you don't owe fris because you delivered the product to him and then improved upon it for your own needs... but hes only hounding you for a copy of the script because his previous copy had a bug in it, and caused him to not beable to update...which means, you technically have to fix the script or give an updated version, because he paid for a script to work properly not half-assed... :2 cents:

No professional programmer would ever just delete code they wrote for someone... Sound like this guy wasn't smart enough to keep a copy and just kept adding onto it so now can't give you what you bought.. Typical unprofessional fly-by-night hacker type mentality.

can you explain how i found my cms running on another site? (version 0.5) the version you orig coded for me right when i paid you.
so you obviously sold it to someone else, and yes i am in contact with them, the only reason i found out is because i was getting some trickle traffic from it, and it has the jfc admin. am i labelling you as a scammer? yes. you are a scammer. you're a crook, no way about it. and people you have coded for previously have confirmed everything. |
