We have been promoting cams.com for years and receive nice epass transfers twice a month. I have no idea if they cheat or not but candidly I have no idea if anyone in this entire industry cheats; some probably do and I am sure some don't. If you do not like your ratios try another program.

In your case if you friend had already signed up with cams.com with another affiliate then you would not be paid. The already either paid a signup fee or a percentage to the other affiliate.

Calling someone a thief without a bit more proof is typical but inappropriate and reflects poorly on the person doing the accusation.

16,000 hits is not a lot of traffic dude. You couldn't get an idea of most sponsors conversions without sending at least 100k

Hey buddy, I sincerely sympathize with you. I personally don't like this sponsor either. They have recently screwed me out of some cash. After trying to get their support to see the error in their ways, through a couple of email chats, I just decided to say fuck 'em and move on.

But I can assure you that the sponsors listed in my sig are all extremely awesome to work for, especially MooCash. Although there are quite a few more linked that are equally amazing companies.

Hopefully, you do get your situation worked out and get the money that is owed to you. But in meantime, you should definitely pull all of your cams.com links and start promoting other sponsors that will pay, and not screw you out of your hard earned money. Browse the sponsors linked in my sig and pic the one that meets the needs of your traffic.

Personally I think a lot of you are just sending a small amount of traffic and expecting to see results that just aren't going to meet your expectation for the traffic your sending. It's that or your using PPS with a cam sponsor which is just fucking crazy. There is a hell of a lot more money in cams than in monthly membership sites. Why would you waste all that potential income on PPS.

You should also realize that cams.com is not the best cam site as far as model selection. AWE is by far the best but you have no revshare option since they track by a 14 day cookie and it's not even from the day of username signup, It's from the day their computer hits their site so if they sign up 3 weeks after they hit the site you don't see shit and even if they do sign up when the day they hit the site you still only get sales for 14 days. After that it's up to AWE whether or not they want to give you more money.

At least with streamray you get to track signups over the lifetime of traffic. This month is going to be around $600 in sales if I'm right and I bet this winter is going to kick ass.

If your traffic gets an "average" conversion rate of 1:500, then assuming things are stable, you should get at least 1 sale in about 11,000 unless there's something truly wrong.. Statistically speaking.

Not with a cam sponsor unless you are sending targeted cam search engine terms. Most peeps just sign up to chat with hot girls and have no intention of spending money. It takes a while to build up those surfers that spend on a regular basis

My cam site gets about 50 SE hits per day + about another 50+ from hardlink trades. I make 2 to 3 sales per week from that.

Perhaps I shall experiment & put a different cam sponsor on that page & see if they do better..

I can understand what your saying about the url but I think most surfers are to lazy for that. Plus I find that posting pics of cam girls and linking the pic with the random live feed url is the most effective in getting signups since most bio page hits will just result in a landing on a page with an offline model. I also think that seeing a live girl before anything else will grab their attention.

If I read the whole thing right, this just reinforces one of my theories of the cam and dating site world:

Once they pay for someone to be a member once, EVER, even if they cancel, even if they "rejoin" another part of the program, you will not get credit because they already paid for them once.

If that is true, then everyone has to realize that the number of potential buyers for these programs goes down every day, and every day more and more of the traffic you are sending really is for free, because they are already or have already been a member (even a free member) and you are NOT GOING TO GET PAID FOR THEM.

Although that may be true with some sponsors it is not the case with a true revshare program like streamray that tracks by email adress sign ups. If you get them to sign up through their email adress you will always see sales from them as long as they use that email adress. They cannot change their username without getting a new email adress. Although there are plenty of peeps that will get a new username or resign up under a new email adress for plenty of reasons most of them will keep using that email adress as most people either use their main email adress for porn mail or have a special email adress they use for surfing for porn. Although you will lose some of your customers for any number of reasons you will always have new ones coming in and a certain percentage will be dedicate web cam freaks who will buy time on a regular basis or at different times in the year. Many of these guys are ATMs who like to keep the same name because a lot of models know them and they are big spenders. Streamray also has the perfect model for bring back obsessed web cam masturbate rs as well with their pay as you watch recorded web cam shows. If you really look at how their site works you will see how to promote them. It may seem a waste of time to try and get a guy to spend $20 to get a membership to one models fan club when your only going to see $4 of it but it's what gets them to take their wallet out and it will cause them to spend more in the future once they get hooked. Also with a true revshare program that tracks by free signups you will have to see a steady increase in sales over months and years. It's like black and white. You can't shave revshare sales to much when you are promising lifetime sales or it will be obvious that you are ripping a webmaster off if he is sending you the same traffic every month. If you can send streamray at least 200 confirmed revshare members a month you should see a steady cash flow. The only thing is you will have to have patience which seems to be in short supply these days. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

I think everyone should just watch my stats thread. If the amount earned per click goes up over time then you aren't being shaved or at least you aren't being shaved very much. I'm making about 5 cents per click with streamray revshare. Lets just see what it looks like early next year.
