We have seen a larger % of people filling out the nats join form only to never make it thru the sale the past couple weeks. No denial emails from CCbill just abrupt end. Given a % get cold feet but I have suspected a bigger issue is at hand and this gives me almost certainty.

I guess this is just the new way to use zango.... why target the url when you can target the signup page directly. Zango should be sued for this as well.

it's just a matter of someone buying the keywords from whatever billing company you choose to do biz with, it won't help anything. The only thing that WILL help is for someone to step up and sue the shit out of Zango for lost profits, and perhaps go after the companies who possibly violated trademark via the keywords they bought. I think everyone else is just like me though, waiting for someone else to step up and initiate the action. It will be expensive... a billing company would be a good candidate to get it started as they can afford it and they would probably generate a great deal of good will in the process.

I think Quickbucks is one of the biggest names in adult. I think there was a thread about them not too long ago where it was said that they payout over $1million to affiliates each month.

Fuck me they are brilliant, They learned how to shave sales from other programs. This really is a criminal act and with the amount they are pulling in i'm sure it could lead to some jail time.

I say we file a class action lawsuit againsta these fucks.

Guys - for me it's simple. Calculate the losses in the past few months. Video tape this transaction going bad. Click on the sites that have your stolen content - signup - get jacked by them. Then will you all put your money together and put it where your mouth is and sue these crooks? These are not people you want to do business with.

They will smile and pal you at shows and send you deals some other way and fuck you up the ass with no lube the other way. They affect your business cuz when YOUR sites aren't converting anymore (because sales are jacked to go to their sites)- affiliates think it's YOU that is either doing something shady, or your shit don't convert. So you get DP without lube and you didn't ask for it!

Class action lawsuit - I'm sure there are a few hungry lawyers with balls and you will get support from other programs losing millions and affiliates alike.


On another note - weren't Zango in court and settled with the FTC about targetting direct urls? Guess you need to document this shit fast and hit up the FTC.

We are all going to get chairs thrown at us, I heard that wiseman is out at walmart stocking up on cheap chairs.

From my conversation with Wiseman I assume this could be an affiliate doing this.
