AlienQ " having 3+ prechecked cross sales ads value for the surfer " have to be the dumbest fuck on this whole board. You could probably take the 10 next dumb people put them together and you would still be more dumb then them. And you weren't successful... because you never got a big break and no one gave you a lot of money to start with? ?? Just another stupid comment... you spit them out daily. Your post are good for comedy purposes only. If you don't believe me, ask around. you are an idiot. |

I have to say this
when I read the first thread I immediatly contacted wiseman about it via ICQ to see what was going on he replied to me in very short time and explained to me the situation Thats the way biz should be done. Its a shame this industry has been reduced to slamming people on boards FIRST and not contacting the program first :2 cents: |

I can imagine the phone call: "Fucking pesky GFY people caught us with our pants down, but it's okay, because as soon as Will76 started posting, we picked on him instead and called him names and most people won't remember this next week anyway". Yeah. Great. Want to make a Quick Buck? Steal someone else's traffic. |

www.julietcariaga.net www.stacymoran.org www.tastytara.org http://www.anjalikara.org/ Adding to the list.... Blazingbucks runs the .com of these sites.. http://leahluv.net/ http://pumaswede.org/ http://lelastar.org/ http://www.haileyyoung.net/ The owner of all these sites is ripping us off big time... if joining forces will help take this guy down, then lets get all the owners of the real sites ban together for some action... Hopefully Quickbuck will step up to the plate and ban this guy first off, identify him secondly, and then we can try and take action. I welcome all owners of the real sites to contact me on this one... |

Blazing, do everyone a big favor - send a DMCA notice to the guy, and then send a DMCA notice to GOOGLE. Get this shit out of the SERPs!
|
i think you guys would be surprised just who owns those sites. there is a company here that has quite a history of domain squatting.
|
gotta love them requesting you to act in a professional manner. the same company that had a partner throw chairs out high story windows at shows and literally spit in the face of people because they cant handle alcohol.

On a side note, the ONLY way to avoid ANY board from being " ________'s support board" is to (drumroll) KILL THE BOARDS. People who say "This is not OUR support board" are simply using the biggest cop-out they can, this is a public fourm (in the sense that the public reads it) and the affils at large AS WELL as other programs deserve to know who's trying to cheat them, by "asking" as well as "demanding" that any board is NOT your support board your really only hurting yourselves in the long run. So... in closing you want people to stop pestering you on boards? Pull your accounts, ads, sigs, contests and any other promotions you do with them, no more sig whores, staff members, spa... err I mean "Announcements" and then people will just plain forget about you and your program. But then again you really want ALL OF THIS, it saves you from having to do any actual work, just sit back wait for some peon (no offense folks) to find a no-no and make a thread about it, then some other peon (see above) alerts you and then you "solve" the problem.... mind you by not making anything "public" you just SAY you 'solved' the issue, and then you bitch at anyone who doubts you and THEN you pull the "not our support board" card..... and yet IT IS! Welcome to the wonderful world of porn folks :1orglaugh -Loki- |

"Since GFY is the place to get to word out.... Just found this site using at least two girls content and I suspect all the girls content illegally. There are no watermarks or links back to any of the girls. Who ever this is has gotten themselves up to number 2 or in some cases number 1 on google using the girls name but with a .org (not technically illegal....I guess) But their site is using the girls pictures to link to a site in no way affiliated with said girls. Here are a couple of the girls this is happening to... CelesteFox.com and the site using unathorized content CelesteFox.org and here are a few more... AlmondTease.com the number 2 site in google for Almond Tease almondtease.org and one more, although there are many... CarolCox.com and the non watermarked site CarolCox.org All the links of the .org sites eventually link to: http://wow.eroticagateway.com/signup/signup.php?step=signup&nats=NDE5MzM6MzA6MTIw&tour= tour2 I tried to email them to let them know about one of their affiliates, but having trouble finding an email on the whois or anywhere else. I am sure they would like to know about this. This person even has Arika Ames pictures up! Insert timeline... You can also find pictures of tons others If I am making a mistake on the other girls, my public apologies..." __________________ |

Last year when you were beggin for work or money, on another board, you stated that you were letting guys suck your cock for food money because your wife and you were hungry. Nothing wrong with be content, but there is really something wrong about denying it. IMO, QuickBucks look like an angel compared to you! Very sad. :Oh crap |
i can say this proudly
see mother fucking sig 50 bucks per. what are you, stupid? |

Reread the quote I commented on. QuickBuck said it perfectly in my opinion. Specifically the final sentence underlined. Do you see any threads giving us even close to a suggested opportunity to look into it? The moment I saw the threads I knew exactly what the result of any explanation would be... just check the first few threads, the assumption is that if we don't admit to actively stealing joins that we are lying... so we're either lying or stealing? Treat me with respect, contact me about concerns, and I will do the same to you... treat me like a crook and I will treat you like an idiot |

There is no mistake in your findings... the guy who runs all those .net & .org sites of 100's of pornstar and sologirl sites is sending the traffic directly to xxxpass.com which is own and operated by Quickbuck.. the easy solution would be to convince quickbuck to term this affiliate, and I for one would welcome his traffic to the official sites for the models he has these .org & .net sites for. I am open for any other suggestion... the DMCA approach from what I understand is simply a waste of time... |
wow Quickbuck is an XBIZ 2007 nominee

1) DMCA the domain owner. This may be useless, but you have to do it, otherwise everything else is meaningless. If the mail in undeliverable, all the better. 2) DMCA the domain host. Again, the mail may or may not be undeliverable, and it may be the same person as step 1. This is an important base to touch none the less. 3) DMCA the IP block holder. This is often different from the host, and sometimes is slightly more successful. 4) DMCA Quick Buck. They are the ones currently monetarizing the traffic, and as such, have both contact with the affiliate in question and the control over the income. 5) DMCA Google and Yahoo. Getting these sites out of the SERPs will greatly reduce the amount of traffic they get. It might not stop the violation entirely, but it will remove the profitability. Make sure that you indicate on your DMCA that you have been told that this owner has many other similar sites of similar design cross linked. Google might squish them all with enough complaints. 6) DMCA Quick Buck's processing company. Again, they have a hand in turning this theft into money, and they have the ability to either make it stop or at least lower it's value to the point that it stops. If you are truly bored and want to have some fun, DMCA notify Visa in the zone that is processing for these sites. Remember, the implication of all of these sites is that you will find these stars (and potentially this content) inside xxxpass, so there is potential that there is content used without permission / 2257 non-compliant inside the site. Therefore, when in doubt... Have fun. Remember to send all the mail registered or by courrier requesting signature. Google has a special fax number to send this stuff to, search around on their site to get it. |

The real key at this point is getting with google and yahoo. They have enormous power to remove the profitability of these ventures, making the thieving pretty much worthless. These sites exist only to snap up search engine traffic and profit from the stolen content.
I think that the owners of Quick Buck run the risk of being contributory infringers if they don't take action to reign in their "rogue affiliate" or at least stop them from making money with this stolen material. |

Blazing, actually, once you have the addresses in hand, it is exactly the same letter to each, with one change to say "you are the host" "you are the IP block operator" "you are paying these people" "you are listing these sites". Take them all in a pile, and mail them off in one shot.
The google one you can fax, and they are apparently pretty good with these things. |
