I used to spend $20 every Friday .. Then I was like fuck this, and bought myself some clippers so I could shave my head myself.

And I need one bad.

The kicker is the hot foam straight blade neck shave at the end.

Same for me.

I go to great clips or supercuts now...and I go like once every 2-3 months, so not very much at all.

Haircuts are one thing, that if you find the right person and spend a lot of money on, will do wonders for your hair.

Back when I was a kid in the late 80's, I spent $25 a month *which was quite a bit for a guy back then* on my haircut by this really talented, and hot Indian chick...I was growing my hair out and I got so many compliments because it looked so healthy etc.
