Jim really needs to drop the keyboard warrior persona, and think long and hard on his clear history as a pathological liar and felon. With his history, he needs to remember that Indiana certainly does have a ?three strikes? rule concerning Felony convictions, and handing down LIFE sentences on such. As do most states that he can try and run to hide to.

His constant lies won?t stand up in a courtroom, just like they didn?t hold up in his numerous convictions of the past. If he has switched to now stealing from mainstream companies instead of ?adult?, that certainly won?t help him either. And I seriously doubt his ?tough guy? act is going to help him with the rest of his days spent in a 6-foot by 8-foot prison cell, shower, or yard.

He needs to remember, I?m not just some broke gutless coward hiding in a trailer or gutter, and I have no problem pressing full charges and spending the rest of my life to put him behind bars and being his worst nightmare.

Thanks for the clarification sport...but the way I operate is when I "loan" money to someone I do not really consider it to be a "loan" as I am not in the business of loaning money. I do consider it to be an assisting hand to someone that is in need and if they give the money back to me at some point that is OK...but if they don't that is also OK. That is my "principle"...instead of whining about it on a public forum. Comprende?

Over the years I have loaned/gifted one person well over $50,000 and he has always assured me that he would pay me back. Although he has paid me a $100 here and a hundred there he is about $50,000 short...but I will allow him to have another "loan" if and when he asks...as I like him. I have not been that generous with some others I have loaned/gifted money to.
