Now, going to trial, well, that's a different matter and certainly could result in many more suits, if you are successful. Unfortunately, you probably won't have a verdict either way for at least ten years.

You got to be kidding me, a Grocery store wants to buy a porn company? Thats a first.

A little public exposure like you said and that deal would be done before it got started. I can't believe a grocery store would do this. Grocery stores are a dime a dozen, it would be nothing for a lot of religious nuts to choose to go to another grocery store and/or to picket. Middle age, married women with families do the majority of the grocery shopping, not excatly the crowd that this would sit well with.

They know a crap load about data collection, consumer information, demographics, and the like. I also would figure that they would distance from adult, shitcan affiliates, lower payouts, and convert to mainstream.

I do see it as an odd fit though for a buyout, yet knowing safeways data collection well fuck.

knowing what to items to put on sale or by the cash register and what time of the day what age group is more likely to shop, or what demographic is most likely to use coupon has absolutely NOTHING to do with an online business muchless a porn company. I don;t care how well they collect data, they can be the best data collectors in the world if you dont know what the fuck to do with the data you collect you fucked. Another way to derail the sale to Safeway would be to put out word that Safeway is looking to buy a porn operation. An operation that has no morals and advertises on sites that have Warez, Software Piracy, CP and everything else.

How many soccer moms will shop at a store that owns a porn operation that is known to advertise on CP sites and stuff?

i have said nothing that can hurt me on gfy. im just talking like i normally do. noone knows the evidence i have. most of the talking and assumptions are being done by the peanut gallery that i am observing :)

Sadly I think you're right. In the US justice is largely in the hands of the man with the most money. Right and wrong does not enter into it very often.

Not 100% true. If there's a sale in the pipeline and papers are served it might be wise to settle very fast. Think back to Acacia and who was it who claimed they had to settle due to a sale going through? That was the company we knew about. The name escapes my fuddled brain. If that's Trey's line then good on him. How many others would think of doing the same?

If this is over the Zango "Redirection" of traffic or them screwing their own affiliates I doubt if it will be Adult that pursue this matter. More likely to come from the mainstream.
