i started smocking when i was 21 :)
i smocked for a month then quit ..
for now i am not smocking

It's not a big deal actually. I was smoking many years, but some day I decided that I don't need it anymore and simply stopped smoking. However I don't remember it was like a fight or so. Some ppl. think it's hard to quit, but actually it's more than easy - stop smoking and you'll see nothing bad will happen to you :)

keep counting the days I still count it does help its been 230 days for the most part its not that bad. I used the chantix for the first two weeks but quit taking it after that.
