Funny how he only did this AFTER I threatened legal action when I contacted a member of the board of directors. I guess my mom told her sister which is married to one of my dad's brothers than he told the idiot uncle who spends 6 months a year in Florida about it the fuck figured that he could profit from it.

This is not the fucking time to be getting greedy or even thinking about money. Christ! He has absolutely no information on the situation, we do. We know all that has been done, not done, what should have been done etc.. If he does this he will cause more problems in the family.

I know for a fact that he's not doing this to help my dad. It's all about him! Why else would he basically say if he would win all the $ is his? I'm gonna have to have a talk with the stupid fuck. Forget the damn $.. Your brother, our father might die god damn it!

ya, it fucking pisses me off. I can try to profit from this, but I would rather spend my time trying to help and spend time with him. Fuck the $. I may be broke, but I sure as fuck am not going to try to profit from my dad's situation just so I can have an easier life. I can replace money, but I can't replace my dad.

Went to see my dad again today and he looks even worse than when I went on christmas. If he gets better it will be a miracle.

Yes, at least I got to spend some time with him on xmas, but not enough. The hospital was loaded with people so we had very limited time. Even thought he can talk or communicate in any way I know damn well that he is pissed off and annoyed.

ok, the last news I got was that my dad was now on life support and all it's basically doing is to do it keep him alive, but in the same condition as he is now. Basically a vegetable. I'm gonna lose my dad. :(:(:(:(

The shrinking of the brain is permanent and will get worse if he would live.

I used to keep things to myself many years ago, but after a few years working in this industry and more people knowing me I figured I'd shared some stuff and in this case my dad's condition/situation. The reason I continue posting in this thread is, like I mentioned, I told people I would keep them updated. So instead of starting a new thread for every update I just bump this one.

I know I should have posted everything in one post, but I have a bad habit of making multiple posts in a row. It wasn't an intentional multi bump. I know that everyone has problems and I'm not trying to make mine look worse than others, but I just want to let it out and not keep it in. Sure, I can talk to family about this, but they already know everything that's going on so it's just not the same letting it all out with them.

I'm using message boards as my outlet.

Really sorry for your dad dude. I have an elderly day on his eighties and although he still okay, I have no illusions about him having more years behind him than ahead. I suggest you try to spend as much time with him. It will certainly help when the time comes :-)
