You expect webmasters to join a program based on a "sure" company, yet unable to provide any transparency as to which company they are dealing with or in what jurisdiction they are trading - and whether, as you claim, this is in fact, not lies, about your ability to comply with VISA EU rulings. Sarcasm has nothing to do with this. You are playing with webmaster traffic (and money), based on a series of stupid one-liners where it is clear you are clueless. |

You seriously need to get a clue before approaching webmasters with your "propositions". |

We have a Euro partner. Therefore we are allowed to bill via Euro CCBill. Our CCBill address and Paycom address are located in Europe. All of this was thoroughly checked out. Thanks for your concern. We used CCBill as our main backend. This was to make the affiliate feel more comfortable. I think a lot would agree with that in the last few months. We NOW are about to add in our Paycom account that we already had setup and all sites approved long ago. As we were considering doing cascading via a 3rd party setup. The peanut gallery can remain quite and mind their business. :2 cents: |

So... legally "you" do not transact business in the EU in any form. Dunno my man... but there are obvious "issues" and sounds like one seriously amateur arrangement. |

Meanwhile, It is an Australian company, going thru another autralian company claiming to have servers only in Dallas .... Well, maybe Dallas was taken over by NY or vice-versa ... So, your EURO PARTNER keeps a very close eye on HIS dough ...???? |

This has nothing to do with anyone other than your own activities and your role. Address the issue and quit being a total ass - you have more than one possible problems and you are simply screwing around with potential webmaster traffic and money. |

God forbid a company as large as CCBill did not consult your expertise prior to them giving us the go ahead... :uhoh What do you do down there in Costa again? Oh thats right you keep it a secret. I would imagine to stay clear of one government or another where what you do or dont do may be quasi legal.... |

You just spent all that time realizing that what I told you was correct. You still seem to think my servers are located in Australia or Dallas for some reason. We were located in Dallas at one point... Well one of the boxes was. Its ok whatever little notion you have in that head is fine. |

The point was that there was doubt that "you" had any qualification to transact business under VISA cross-border rulings in the EU. You have made it more than clear that you do not and have admitted you have no involvement in any EU entity charging surfers under your "program". That is exactly the point here. Is that correct or not??? :1orglaugh |

No... I never said that. Try addressing the issue Sticky :1orglaugh PS And try to avoid the "moron" and "idiot" crap - that's more your association than anyone else so far. |

So you can't actually produce an intelligent response to what are obvious "issues" in your "program"?? Sheesh... that is sad. Whoever is the motivator within your "program", sure needs to keep you well away from the front end. You are totally pointless. |

OK.. question... and this is VERY SIMPLE. Do you, or do you not, have any legal qualification to claim your "sure" company (that means the corp in which you are "sure" you have and one in which you "may" be involved in) - does this transact biz within the EU under VISA cross-border rulings?? Yes or no. |
Trust me Sticky, just put GreyWolf and directfiesta on ignore and move on. You will feel a lot better afterwards. I already have them both there but you've quoted them several times so I've read a bit of the back and forth.
The truth is you don't owe them or anyone else on this board a damn thing. I don't know you and have never spoken with you so I know it's not my business either way, but now that you have a program I would just worry about making it the best that it can be and not letting those that only exist on this board to attack get under your skin. People fuck up all the time and there are a LOT of people on this board that have done far worse than what you were accused of that are running programs and going about their business like it never happened. Either way, good luck with the program, man. I just get fucking nauseous when I see people that are just piling on you because you made a mistake... |
