Math was my best subject. English and History made me sleepy. Especially when the history teacher could have possibly been teaching from experience.

I got an A for the year in Gym class by buying the coach a hat. I never had to show up for that class again. LOL.

English and geography.

Math/Philosophy.

Also dig on the sciences.

But those are only what I find most interesting. As far as what I do "best" in, I've yet to find the subject I can't tackle. Still nailing down a near-4.0 as my education continues.

D 02-06-2008 10:42 PM

My best class was photography. Ironically, I took it because the dark room was the one place you can smoke in the school because you were locked into the room....

I hated school. But I am glad that I graduated and went to college. Gained more knowledge. Also gained alot by doing research and learning various things online.

I wonder if those of you that were good in math are the ones doing programing for your own sites now and that sort of thing. I just blank out when it comes to those things. I was amazed I managed to work out Wordpress ;)

However, when it comes to writing text for blogs and SE, etc I can do that with no problems and the research that goes into a niche certainly feeds my love of reference books and stuff that I got from being a library hound in school.

This is a 'chit chat' environment. Tomorrow when I post my latest tutorial for new webmasters I bet it only gets half as many replies but when you are 'networking' with other people here the chit chat helps you learn about each other too. For example, there are people here that I have talked to through lighter threads for years and therefore I know a lot about their likes and dislikes and I have a stupidly good memory for details like that so when it comes to do biz chat in private the ice is already broken.
