While we choose to embrace the newest and latest technologies others choose to run from it =) Listen to what your saying...our dedicated, virtual and managed services are second to none. We host thousands of servers if we have a complaint about a $9.95 client every now and again I can accept that. Issues are bound to happen...it's how we deal with them that counts and separates us from your typical host.

I have had good luck with Webair in my 5 years with them. Upgrades do sometimes take a while but there is not ussually any downtime. Their live support is very good imo.
