MaxCash settled with the FTC, they weren't found innocent. In their settlement they were allowed to deny the accusations. Nonetheless it's still a settlement that required MaxCash to dramatically change how they did business.

I'm not trying to bash the history of MaxCash, I'm just saying I think it's insane to bash a company like ClickCash for their history when MaxCash is much more shadier. I know a ton of companies were pulling the same shit back then, and none of this was unique to them. But it's hard to compare the accusations brought against MaxCash to a few ClickCash checks bouncing and a few guys complaining about a $6.95 charge on RipoffReport.

So you are saying that being listed as a dotcon by the FTC, having to settle with them, having your assets frozen by them is not as bad as bouncing some checks? Which maxcash did when their assets were froze....

That's bullshit. You and I both know it is bullshit. I had a client who I worked with for over a year. After that initial check bounced, he was issued another which also bounced and then he could never seem to get a check out of click cash again. As I remember it was a considerable amount of money.
