Did I miss something... In that other thread Shap says he doesn't run anything illegal... But if he was hosting videos that he didn't have the rights to, then that would be illegal... and those videos were there one minute and gone the next right?... Has he actually responded with more than "we dont' run anything illegal" or has he just gotten threads locked instead....

I would guarantee that if anything illegal was being hosted at Swifwill however, that dweeks from Swiftwill would terminate them. They have got to be the most honest and ethical host in this biz.
