Try getting down to single digit bodyfat with your abs showing after the age of thirty-five, that's a personal challenge that is worth doing! You're just going to be sitting around starving yourself and drinking a concoction while fooling yourself into thinking that you are doing something positive.... Anyway, that's my last comment, this is GFY after all, you gotta expect some smartass remarks.
If you want something healthy that you can drink, here is my recipe for a banana blueberry smoothie:
Blend:
1 cup of fat free milk
1/4 cup of crushed ice
1/2 a fozen banana cut up into slices
1 large handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.
Its delicious on a hot day!
leave out the ice and use all frozen fruit..no watered down smoothie after 10 minutes

I tried that too, but it's still more "icey" with a little crushed ice. The tradeoff is that you have to drink it fast or it gets watered down a bit, but there is no way that delicious drink can last more than five minutes anyway. :thumbsup
