I agree. I quit a 2 pack a day habit using nicotine patches. It is still very difficult but the patch takes some of the edge off and makes it possible. I highly recommend nicotine patches if you are serious about quitting.

Still standing strong and getting crazy all the time! Im completly stressed out now... i want a smoooooke ahhhhh!

After 22 years of smoking, I've quit.. haven't had one for the better part of a year now.

Congratulations man. I smoked for 9 years and it was hard for me. I can only imagine 22.
