Devs could get eliminated tonight.
Detroit needs to get their shit together. They looked great in the first few games but lately they aren't cutting it. Hopefully them pulling Hasek and putting in Osgood does something for them. Ducks could have their season ended for them tonight too, but if not I'd be surprised if they hang on to win this series. Dallas is looking too strong for them. Who would have thunk the defending cup holders would fold like this. |

I'm starting to think the Rangers may be the upset finalist in the East, they manhandled the Devils. In the West, I still don't trust the Sharks - in their 10 playoff appearances they've gotten past the 2nd round exactly once. The Stars recent history isn't much better but they look solid, and the Red Wings are still a soft team.
So it's not much of a limb at the end of the first round, but I'll say it's Rangers and Stars in the final and the New Yorkers win the Cup. |

JR put a quite a show tonight showing sharks made no mistake siging him at teh begining of the season. Maybe he is that play-off experience sharks were lacking in their previous 9 post-season tries.
