Since you asked,
I hate to say it Mutt, but I don't like it. The reason is that it has the POTENTIAL to be a great pic, but is marred by sloppy photography. You have a great model and a great location with beautiful light. So a great shot here should be a no brainer. Here is the problem...
The horizon is not straight. One could argue that a tilted horizon is an artistic touch, however it would need to be much greater to work in this composition. In this case it is just off enough to be distracting. It pulls the viewer into the top left corner.
The models hands are cut off. Water and limbs are tricky, but the rule is only cut above the knees or above the elbows. Here her hands need to be lifted slightly. At least her left hand.
The boat actually does suck. Putting the boat in just to go "cool I got a boat in the shot" is not reason enough. If it was a red boat, or a more interesting boat it might add to the image. Here it is just a distraction. I would rather look at the girl!
You have a tangent where her elbow meets her side. Moving her right hand back would reveal her other breast and pull her elbow up to meet her side better
On the other hand...
The models feet are positioned great, the hips are great. She is definitely stunning. I definitely give kudos to the photographer as well. I am just being picky since you asked. I have certainly taken far worse pictures and published them!
Here is a quick one minute photoshop to give you an idea of the horizon and boat difference
