I'm so glad my legs/joints are so flexible. I roll my ankles training all the time, and it's no problem.

Good luck healing, it's going to suck.

i saw the orthopedist... not complete tears. wants me to stay in the air cast for 4 weeks and then he gave me this ace bandage type sock as well to wear. they have a new laser treatment that speads up the healing.. sounds like about 6-10 weeks you'll be good. just gotta stay off of it completely the first 4 weeks

6 weeks saying from experience. Also stay away from things that cause inflamation such as smoking, and drinking to help recover faster.
