I went to UM the same time he did (I was a year behind him) and we were both sports management minors, so we took several of the same classes. We were never really close but we were friends, and I still have a close friend back in South Florida that is very close with Dany, his soon to be ex wife. I never really got any info on why they are splitting, but she is several years older than him (she was graduating UM when he was an incoming freshman) and people just change over the years. I do know he trusts her immensely to still handle all of his financial affairs...

first off, if they modify his order wouldnt that affect the childs lifestyle? sounds like you want it both ways. second, i was one signed document away from paying alimony to an ex WIFE making her entitlement retroactive. btw, i hope you realize that if the rock married a single mother and raised HER kid for a couple years before they split, that child would now be "entitled" to the same support HIS child is getting. is that reasonable too?

Child support is entirely based on income. If he's making that much money he SHOULD be paying that much.

It's fun to theorize, when it doesn't effect you... The guy is pretty wealthy so his situation is a pretty bad example, but what usually happens ex-wife takes your house, half your savings, etc... you basically end up on the street, financially getting set back probably 10 years... then on top of that you have to pay good chunk of your income for the next 20 years... so basically you are fucked for the rest of your life, all while the ex-wife has 3 income sources: hers, yours + some pimp's she finds 3 months after the divorce, living like quite well for the rest of her life... :2 cents:

That is actually not alot for the $ he makes. I have 2 kids and even tough my wife and I are back together, I was going to have to pay $15k per month in support. I am not even going to mention what the alimony was going to be.

Even if that all were true and you could volunteer how you know he was sleeping with what was throwing itself at him and you know his wife had a problem with that, why would any of that entitle her to a paycheck? I mean, really, if I choose a guy to mate with that I know is going to do things I hate, do I deserve to get paid for life for making a bad decision?
