Yeah, the majority of the people are law abiding citizens, doing nothing wrong. If it's 1000's or 100's, it's like 60% or more are innocent, straight up kidnapped people.

Nothing wrong with holding them, but give them a military trial so due process can be upheld. Doing this would have stopped the snatching of innocent people early on.

This ruling pertains to those that are detained by the US Government be they citizens or not...they are entiled to adjucation by the courts. POW's are a different class of detainee and there are laws in place to deal with POW's.

Chances are that it'll be 3 liberals retiring next. They just need to replace them with NEW Liberals to keep some sort of balance. Replace 2 of them with Conservatives and it'll be "interesting" to see the USA in 15 years. That's one of, if not THE the most important reasons to not vote McCain this time around.
