It's our own fault.

We are totally unable to police our own industry so the powers that be, whatever powers those are, will police it for us, one way or another.

This industry is full of fucking idiots and scammers. We deserve exactly what we get. :2 cents:

You too?

You know, you're starting to sound just like Pleasurepays and that other old lady Paul Markham :(

GrouchyAdmin 06-14-2008 01:15 PM

Confirmed in Opera 9.50/Linux.. not that there are many Opera users.. even fewer Linux ones.

basschick 06-14-2008 03:23 PM

i work with industries in addition to this one, and no industry successfully polices itself. try reading the news sometime.

btw, i haven't found any more people in this industry to be scumbag than any other. welcome to the human race - there are idiots and scumbags everywhere.

Tested and confirmed, Opera is calling CCBILL frauds.

Opera has been free for years. Also, it's still flagging all pages under http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi as fraud. I just discovered this today.
