The air in the vicinity of a tornado is calm.

Haven't seen that kind of tornado.... A tornado looks like a tin tube reaching from the cloud to the ground.

Looks real to me, but it's a low shelf cloud with what sounds like a weak tornado. So you shouldn't expect trees blowing over all around it. Impressive photo though.

wow! that was huge and it scares the hell out of me. I can't imagine that in my own backyard.

that is an amazing pic, if its real.. im not convinced though that this is not edited.. taking that shot instead of running out of there seems kind of dumb..
