Its not a great solution, but in the interest of keeping your account active, why not create a 3-5 page site and throw up some links. Send a couple hits a day, keep the recurrings active. It sucks, but if they want traffic that bad and its worth your while to keep your checks coming, it may be a half descent solution. If they require sales to keep your account active, that would really suck.

I think most people use theaters to promote them, and with aebn theaters you don't get click tracking.

They have tracking. They may not give it to you, but there is tracking.

Legal made me go through the T&C's of every sponsor we promoted in a project I managed last year. Almost every single sponsor has within their T&C's:

1. The right to change the T&C's at any time without notice.
2. The right to cancel accounts for any reason without notice.

It's pretty fucked up and I had a hell of a time convincing our brand new non-adult attorney to let me promote ANYBODY without a separate legal agreement in our favor.

The theater system is like 10 years old with them.. I don't think they tracked it then, and since it hasn't changed/updated in 10 years, I'm going to go with they don't track it now.

I emailed them and asked if it was true and the guy said:

'No, that is not true. Read the terms of service agreement. All concerns would be covered there.'

So I guess that was all just a bunch of BS.

I give them 20+ DVDs a year to put in their system and they still call me and try to sell me on using AEBN.

PS: It is important to note VS changed thier policy and terms conditions stating Lifetime payouts specifically. I think it is important to say this, as I am starting to see a pattern.
Perhaps some programs will choose to terminate non traffic sending affiliates as a standard?

Well the person works at aebn, and has phone number registered to aebn when she called me.

I could careless about the money, its the fact of lifetime revshare not being lifetime revshare.

Just curious DWB, who distributes your DVDs and how are they selling for you in the current market? I still release some lesbian DVD movies, but the market has sure changed over time. I assume you are releasing asian and mostly tranny movies?

You have customers you wouldn't have had because of traffic we sent you. We could have sent that traffic to your competitors but instead we sent it to you. If those customers are still spending money then we deserve our cut. If you continue to pull shit like this then we will all insist on being paid per signup IN ADVANCE because we can't trust you to honor long term agreements.

I shouldn't have to send you business tomorrow in order to get paid my fair share for business I sent you today.

That would be a dumb move on their side after working so hard (they emailed me till I gave up and signed up) to get new affiliates.
