Its not a great solution, but in the interest of keeping your account active, why not create a 3-5 page site and throw up some links. Send a couple hits a day, keep the recurrings active. It sucks, but if they want traffic that bad and its worth your while to keep your checks coming, it may be a half descent solution. If they require sales to keep your account active, that would really suck.

Makes me wonder how they even know if the Fris does or doesn't send traffic. |

Legal made me go through the T&C's of every sponsor we promoted in a project I managed last year. Almost every single sponsor has within their T&C's:
1. The right to change the T&C's at any time without notice. 2. The right to cancel accounts for any reason without notice. It's pretty fucked up and I had a hell of a time convincing our brand new non-adult attorney to let me promote ANYBODY without a separate legal agreement in our favor. |

Makes you wonder how bad of shape the industry really is.

I'm not one bit surprised.

Tell me it ain't so. Dam we have almost a 100 members with them. I hope this isn't true.

I emailed them and asked if it was true and the guy said:
'No, that is not true. Read the terms of service agreement. All concerns would be covered there.' So I guess that was all just a bunch of BS. (My question was: Hello Bill, is it true that AEBN will no longer send revshare payouts to people that haven't sent traffic in 90 days?) |
Bunch of tools over there.
I give them 20+ DVDs a year to put in their system and they still call me and try to sell me on using AEBN. |
Quote:
I make $60-$100 a month off them. No new members in 90 days???? Why should I have to be checking that? I've got 100 members that buy, but what if I have a 3 month dry spell? AEBN - Please clear this up so I don't have to pull my members area traffic. |

btw just checked my stats with them 22 000 clicks made me $31.00 |

What a crock of shit. WTF is up with all of these companies who say "Lifetime payouts" when they are not indeed lifetime? It should be changed to "Lifetime payouts with lifetime promotion". Fuckin whacked...Lets keep this thread on top.

Luckily I was not big promoter or have them everywhere on my sites. They just lost my 5 uniques day! LOL!@ Un-fucking real news though. If these big providers think this is good policy they got another thing comming. |
this stuff is out in the open at least, I wonder if quiet shaving is growing lately or not?

:1orglaugh PS: It is important to note VS changed thier policy and terms conditions stating Lifetime payouts specifically. I think it is important to say this, as I am starting to see a pattern. Perhaps some programs will choose to terminate non traffic sending affiliates as a standard? Spooky, we better start making a list of companies that engage this philosophy. |
I for one am glad Video Secrets changed there policy to honor lifetime payouts.
