so, I just checked my epassporte account to find out they even have stopped to make epass payments since 09 Mar 2009.
GGW was "zombie" program (it looked dead and nobody was running a show), so no surprise they stopped to pay at all. time to move and pull down some links.

Well they had the $30 million IRS lien dropped.

Maybe they will get around to making some payments.
