It's one of my favorite shows every year. You can't beat that hotel, either.

I was supposed to go.. I hope we still get to!

I must say it is my very favorite hotel that I have ever stayed in .. the view is amazing.. I love the Westin lol

The view does kick ass.

The fact that they control the entire hotel for the length of the tradeshow is also nice. It keeps out most of the punks.

This is my first trip to Florida Internext. What means do most people use to get from the Fort Lauderdale airport to the Westin Diplomat? I'm guessing that taxi and limo are the most common options.

You are correct. Last year we had a limo waiting for us.

I'm thinking that if I dress like a piece of luggage and attach a Westin Diplomat tag to myself, someone will toss me into a trunk or luggage rack and I will get a free ride to the hotel. Of course I'll have a bright "Fragile" sticker pasted to myself as well.

Does that sound like a viable plan?
