fuck vista, im sticking with xp

Which I guarantee will get just as much blind hate as Vista does :)

XP home on two machines.
XP pro on another.
Vista on the laptop.

I went with Windows XP 64 and everything seems to work fine. I just have access to more memory

xp light source it can run anything that vista can

XP and I plan to stay that way for as long as possible.

Besides the fancy graphics, Vista has no other feature that XP doesn't.

Vista came on my new computer. I've gotten used to it but I still like XP better.

only a few things that i have noticed with vista, sometimes the date gets set back to year 2000-2001 etc, once every few months, also the amount of new tabs to open in ie7, you cant have like 40 tabs open or it will go nuts, those are pretty much the only down sides i have come across, and some programs need to have UAC off. other than that i do enjoy vista quite much

Your "date" problem sounds like a bios battery issue. Might need replacing.

Regarding your opening of "40 tabs in IE", it depends on how much RAM you have in that box, as well as the processor.

4 gigs of ram and qx9770 (quad core extreme 3.2 gighz x 4)

ive done searchin in google for tab limit, crashing etc, its very common it seems.

Just got Vista yesterday. No problems yet.
