Agreed. Our building lifted twice. I was actually worried it was going to be larger...you never know. But that shook the OC pretty well.

Ycaza 07-29-2008 01:00 PM

Damn I hardly noticed it.

BradM 07-29-2008 01:04 PM

It wasn't that bad.

qxm 07-29-2008 01:08 PM

I am still praying.... lol

Now there is a rumor that the 241 toll bridge in The OC is damaged. I wonder what that means. Boy, traffic will be great tonight, thankfully I don't take it.

The California Department of Transportation was checking a small gap that had opened in a connector bridge between the 241 toll road and the 91 freeway. The gap, a few inches across, was not slowing traffic.

I was lying in bed with a hangover, and thought it was my imagination at first. It was a good shake though.

Just a quick note in light of the recent 5.8 earthquake - The Earthquake everyone felt was from Ashlynn Brooke having an orgasm during her 11:30am shoot.

The entire staff from New Sensations / Digital Sin apologizes to California and we will try to make sure this only happens again in a controlled environment.

Thank You

is that because you live under it..?

bausch 07-29-2008 03:09 PM

I was actually sleeping during the earthquake because I stayed up all night watching movies and didn't sleep until around 5 am :helpme

Earthquake was around 11 am and woke me up something terrible. I watched news for about 15 minutes and was really tired because I only slept 6 hours so I went back to sleep and meant to wake up in an hour or so, but somehow I overslept and didnt wake up till now (3 in the afternoon).

Xniphobe 07-29-2008 03:09 PM

This is by far the best earthquake thread.

Nice work Mutt.

Birdman33 07-29-2008 03:27 PM

I was at the gym in glendale playing ball and I the windows around the court starting to sway and wobble . The workers came and told everyone to get the fuck out.

A useful tip from someone who has been through many. Most bad earthquakes take about 10 seconds to build in intensity. As soon as you feel the shake take action as if it is major one. You should have time to find a suitable safe place to ride it out.

The key is not to wait till you feel it getting bigger. Then it will be too late.
