The plane is there as the second plane is hitting the WTC. That is just 16 minutes after the first impact. Kind of hard to believe it got there that quickly. There are also reports of other white planes at the other targets as it was happening. If these are military planes, then at the very least they KNEW what was going to happen or they couldn't have possibly been there AS IT WAS HAPPENING.

If I remember correctly, when the airforce was finally "scrambled" to head to new york and the white house, there weren't any jets that could get there fast.. There was one military cargo or something plane that was close and I think that was the one that ended up over the whitehouse.. I think the pilot was interviewed and was saying something along the lines that they had no combat capability in that big plane but if they could he was willing to fly it into another plane if he had to.

As for having planes in the air well, the American government can track every tiny piece of rubbish floating around in orbit traveling at thousands of miles per hour yet you think they can't tell when a huge massive plane deviates from it's flight path? They had plenty of time to divert any of their planes that were in the air over or near NY at the time, unfortunately for them it just happened to be one of their doomsday planes on a classified flight path and not a fighter jet, which personally I think is another part of the conspiracy.
