101 Palin bitch right wing extremist:thumbsup

Anna_Miller 09-04-2008 09:55 AM

Palin delivered a good speech, I mean she sounded good. But did she really "own" anything since a lot of its was untrue? Claim vs Fact

You really are an idiot. No wonder Ron Paul failed, having tools like you as his fan base.

It's going to be interesting seeing how she does in interviews and debates in the coming weeks.

democrat= probably not perfect, but will at least respect the americans and the rest of the planet too.

My guess is people that think an extremist right winger like palin is the way to go are the people that never got out of the States... lack of culture is direct cause of Republicans winning elections...Too many Americans have absolutely no clue of the World.

-Palin thinks the oil in alaska is worth more than endangered species, now that's America for the rest of the world.
-Giving lessons to other countries but doing the exact opposite because of oil interest? Now that's the america we know.
-Taking sex ed out of schools for moral reasons ( and finding your teenage daughter is pregnant). Now that's an great american value.
-Having a baby after a rape because abortion is illegal, now that's America.
- Constant lying to get what you want, that's an american value I hope my kids will learn.
- Refusing to accept the theory of evolution when science has clearly proven it, now that's american.
- Being total hypocrits after seeing for one half second a celeb's tit on TV while being in the country that produces the most porn on the planet, that's a contradiction I hope my kids will learn from.
- Hiding behind the constitution to keep the right to hold a gun, even if 25% of your population are medicated crazy bipolar timebomb, in the Nation where you have BY FAR the worst ratios of gun crimes, whoa you guys rock!

Republicans, we thank you because if it wasn't of you, we'd live in a far worst world!

just my 2 cents

Fucking awesome post dude.

GO MCCAIN / PALIN

Your life must be very black and white. It's more than likely that you cannot even begin to understand the serious social and economic problems your country is in. Yeah Republicans love their country, they probably love it so much that they choose to ignore all that is wrong and act as if it wasn't them themselves who put you in this situation. And they just want to "keep things American how it is"... that's great, isn't it? Everything is just fine.

So I guess that applys to the african american demographic as well? Why would over 70% of african americans vote for some black guy who hasn't done a dam thing to prove anything beyond being able to deliver prepared speeches better than most other politicians?

African americans are smarter than that or one would hope.

Correlation does not imply causation.

Over the long haul of politics your statement is correct. As far as spending goes they could have been lil more fiscally responible but alot was compromised with democratic congress to get spending bills in, in support of the war. Second I don't care which party was in office there budget would have been blown to hell and caught shit for it... How many administrations whether it was gore or buish could have dealt with 9/11, Iraq, Afganistan, Katrina and etc...

Granted you can debate a couple points there but no matter what any administrations budget was fucked. As far as katrina's problems lets not lose sight that its a local matter and not a federal matter till the state seeks it. LA, never caught the shit they should have politically for there ill prepared system.

Again no matter which office was in power in LA would have caught shit because shit should have been done years and years ago...

Remember politics is a game of pass the buck.... reagan set up years of good solid economics , bush started something he should have finished, clinton didnt kill obama, bush gets that shit with 9/11, and the shit continues.... and always will...

And for those who are bitching about the war who started the korean or vietnam war? a democrat...

all this shit is mere politics, do you want govt telling you what to do with your money or do you want to do with your money with what you want? Essentially thats what taxes are... They don't have confidence in the private sector and how they spend money...

You are using that phrase incorrectly. I'm not surprised though, having read some of your previous posts. :1orglaugh

Ok, explain how I am using it incorrectly. The argument, in simple terms, was:

black voters disproportionately support Obama

Obama = black

-> black voters disproportionaly support black candidates based solely on race

extended to:

Obama : black = Palin : female

-> Females will disproprotionately support a female candidate

My statement of "correlation does not imply causation" was suggesting that disproportionate black voter support for obama is not a 1:1 relationship to his race. Meaning there are many factors, especially in socio-economic terms, that explain Obama's support amongst black voters. So, it's silly to use black voter support of Obama as part of an argument to say that women will vote for McCain / Palin because Palin is a woman.

But please, enlighten me and show me how I have mis-used my statement.

P.S. I'm flattered that you're such an avid reader of my posts.
