The fix is not really satisfactory. The X-sales under the submit button are still there, but they are un-checked. Okay, the surfer does not get fucked over, but I do get left without revenue when the surfer decides to sign up for the X-sales.

The idea of revshare is to split the revenue from sales between webmaster and program and not to leave the webmaster without money and the program to keep it.

This signup form would be ok for PPS but for a revshare it is not.

They do come unchecked as you say, but if the surfer checks them... YOU also get paid. I think it's up to $50 if they check both.
