I've contacted a few solicitors based in the UK so hopefully one of them can help represent us and get this sorted out.

As a Brit living in the USA and dealing with lawyers in both countries every week, you may want to think seriously about this. Unless he owes you more than $10,000 you will probably end up paying out more in fees. Secondly before starting any action you need to know if he has any assets ? Its easy to get a judgment but collecting is a bitch if someone has nothing.

If this is just a satisfaction thing and you dont can about the money and just want satisfaction then ignore the above :upsidedow

Damn...that is fucked. I always had them in my bookmarks for future projects, I will definitely be removing that now. Regardless of health issues, you are a SCAMMER if you take someones money and do as you please with it without following through on your end of the deal.

To the people in the UK, depending on how much they owe you why not speak to them face to face? Would not be hard finding them since he is in a a band isnt he and will be playing gigs at various places.

My issue has been resolved few day after my thread ... and you can see the mascot he created for me at hornetcash.com (or my avatar).

He told me at that time, he will stop making design and mascot anyway, moving on.

He was - i should say THEY since his girlfriend was working with him - very talented.

There has been a problem with just two people that I know of. No other clients had issues that I was aware of. No one contacted us at any point other than Mechanic Virus and spinner ...

mechanicvirus was sent a design AGES ago that he loved, and I am kinda baffled as to what's happening there, so I have shot him an email. Spinner, you can shoot me an email. Stop posting crap on Perrie's photo page. It's not her problem. It's mine. Thanks.

And again, for anyone else that says they have had problems with a lack of delivery, I am 100% sure in my mind that there were no other problems. So I'm completely confused.

Regarding why this all happened? Bad communication, and bad business perhaps. But with regards to spinner... well, it's not really worth dragging onto this board, as it's hardly relevant now, but I don't think I'm entirely in the wrong based on the way events ran. I'm sure I'll deal with this seperately with each of these guys. Anyone else who wanted to talk to me, shoot me an email to the address above.
